SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time to deposit 50% of cheque amount i.e., Rs.1,25,000/- for execute the sureties in the order passed by this court, dated 05.09.2019, made in Crl.M.P.No.12745/2019 in Crl.R.C.No. 868 of 2019. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per order, the court had directed to him to deposit the amount of Rs.1,25,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and the date gets expires on 03.10.2019. He would submit that order copy was made ready on 19.09.2019 and that the petitioner is unable to deposit the huge amount of Rs.1,25,000/-.

Thereby, he would seek extension of time by two weeks to deposit the amount.

Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended by further period of two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
