W.M.P.No.31748 of 2024 in W.P.No.23560 of 2024 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to allow the petitioner to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard Ms.K.Annamma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 3 and 4.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection to the Writ Petition being allowed.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

5. Post the matter on 13.11.2024.
