ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents herein to grant permission to lay underground pipe line through the government Tharisu land existing in S.F.No.633/3 of Manivizhunthan Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, to take water for agricultural purpose.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition, since the respondents granted permission to the petitioner to lay pipeline as prayed in this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.
