ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.05.2024 and direct them to take a suitable action against the respondents 5 to 13 for their illegal act of doing Katta Panchayat and removing the petitioner from the village in the name of so called village headmen and ensure that the petitioner and his family members lead peaceful day to day life along with the other villagers.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 4 th respondent police has already registered a case against the accused in Crime No.182 of 2024 based on the petitioner's complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though FIR has been registered against some of the accused, the private respondents are still preventing the petitioner from entering into the village. 3/6
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. Though the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that FIR has been registered based on the petitioner's complaint, a perusal of records show that the petitioner has made allegations against nine persons i.e. the respondents 5 to 13 whereas, only three of them have been shown as accused in the FIR along with some other persons.

Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2024 and take suitable action against the respondents 5 to 13 and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Further, the 4 th respondent police is directed to register FIR against the remaining private respondents who have not been added as accused and conduct investigation in the manner known to law and file charge sheet in accordance with law within a reasonable time. Meanwhile, the respondent 4/6
police is also directed to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.
