ORDER
When the contempt petition was called, Mr.Tamilvanan, learned Additional Govt.Pleader, Puducherry has produced an order of the Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry dated 06.10.2025. In terms of the order, the Puducherry Municipality has rejected the application for renewal of trade license on 29.02.2024.
2.Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner urges that the order passed by the Municipality is not in compliance with the order in W.P.No.10484 of 2024.
3.If that be the position, the petitioner has to challenge the same by way of separate proceedings. Unless and until the order is so egregiously wrong, I should not interfere with it in a contempt proceedings.
4. With the above liberty, the contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub.application petition is closed. 10-10-2025 sms 2/4
