This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Chengalpattu instead of Otteri Police Station, Chengalpet" imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16565 of 2022 dated 21.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.16565 of 2022 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Now, he seeks for modification of the above condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that he has no objection for the condition being modified.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpet on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six months.
