This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 161 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.30/- in S.A.SR.No.56431 of 2022.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that mistakenly the Court fee was calculated and there was a deficit fee to be paid. Taking into consideration the reasons advanced by the petitioner, this petition stands allowed and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.56431 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order.
