A common order was passed in Arb.Appln.Nos.583, 585 & 586 of 2023 by a separate order today, wherein Mr.T.V.Lakshmanan, Advocate, (Mobile No.: 98410 67991) residing at No.17, First Floor, Queens Court, 16th Street, Jai Nagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106, was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to resolve the interse dispute between the applicant and the respondents.

2.Learned counsel Mr.T.V.Lakshmanan, Advocate, (Mobile No.: 98410 67991) residing at No.17, First Floor, Queens Court, 16th Street, Jai Nagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106, is also appointed to act as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute covered by the Agreement dated 17.03.2022, which is the subject matter of Arb.Appln.No.584 of 2023 along with the dispute covered by Agreements in Arb.Appln.Nos.583, 585 & 586 of 2023 on same terms. 3.It is noticed that the Advocate Commissioner appointed has not executed the warrant till date.

arb / krk 4.Considering the same, this application is closed with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application for seizing the machinery covered by Arb.Appln.No.584 of 2023 before the learned Arbitrator. Alternatively, it is also open for the respondents for release of the machineries.
