The contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2024 in W.P.No. 38418 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the orders of this Court in W.P.No.38418 of 2024 has been complied with vide proceedings dated 08.09.2025 in Proceedings No.RC.A3/3873/2025 and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court.
