ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein at once to take necessary steps to rectify the damaged drainage line connected to the petitioner's house bearing No.22/98, Thiruvalluvar Salai, Teynampet, Chennai-600 018, after collecting the necessary charges there for without insisting any consent or concurrence from the 3rd respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the damage has been rectified to the petitioner's house.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
