This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to bring on record the respondent Nos. 23 to 29 as the legal representatives of the deceased 24th respondent namely Thulasiammal and rank them as the respondent Nos.30 to 36 in S.A.No.231 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Despite the receipt of notice the proposed respondent Nos.23 to 29 neither appeared nor entered through their counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
