ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 16164 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the DRO, Villupuram dated 04.06.2025 was placed before this Court. The DRO has taken a decision to the effect that a suit is pending in O.S.No.135 of 2024, before the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpet and hence, no further orders can be passed when the civil suit is pending. Depending upon the result in the civil proceedings, further orders will be passed.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
