O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the complaint dated 30.04.2022 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner's relatives cheated the petitioner's father property by fabricating the documents, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons before the respondents on 30.04.2022 narrating all the facts against them. Even after receipt of the same, the respondents did not register a case as against the accused persons. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in Current paper No.319/DC CCB-II/COP/2022 and the same was closed by the second respondent on

25.11.2022 since similar complaint is pending in Pallavaram Police Station. He further submitted that closure report has also been served to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
