This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1376 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Court IV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the case in C.C.No.1376 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Court IV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, ended in conviction on 27.06.2010, and hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
