The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, no case has been registered against the petitioner and only a CSR complaint is pending. He further submitted that if the petitioner participates in the enquiry, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and to cooperate with the enquiry. The enquiry shall be completed on or before 03.09.2025.
