This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct respondents 1 to 3 herein to dispose of the petition dated 05.08.2024, based on the second respondent's letter Naa.Kaa.No.4802/2023/A2 dated 29.09.2023.

2. According to the petitioner, he has given a representation to first respondent on 05.08.2024 seeking to allow the petitioner to enter to Arulmighu Ala Marathu Muniyappan Temple and collect Temple tax from the petitioner and the same was forwarded to the second respondent for necessary action. Since there was no response from the respondents 2 to 4, Pg.Nos.2/5

the present writ petition.

3. It is seen from the records that the grievance is against the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer and the question involved in this writ petition is of civil in nature. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
