This Court, by its order dated 03.06.2024, issued a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the communication received by the 2nd respondent dated 05.01.2024 and do the needful within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pursuant to the same, an order was passed on 29.08.2024 by the respondent, hence, no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
