2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject property from a private person. Other than this, the Writ Petition is bereft of any other details.

5. When the writ petition does not contain even minimum basic facts, this Court cannot entertain such a writ petition. Hence, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with correct details. No costs. 23.04.2024 vrc 2/4
