This Court by an order dated 30.10.2019 in C.M.P. 22721 of 2019 directed the Registry to recognise the deponent as the General Power Agent of the Revision Petitioner. In the above circumstances, the present petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above C.R.P. SR.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise found to be in order, and post the matter for admission on 16.12.2019.
