rpl Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prevention of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, in Crime No.211 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that out of 10 cases registered, bail has already been granted in some of them. He further submitted that the petitioner is employed as a scan operator. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petitioner has four previous cases of a similar nature and is in the habit of violating the provisions of the Act. 4.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
