Mr.G.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the applicants would state that the registered office of the respondent / defendant is situated at Cathedral Road, Chennai, which is within the jurisdiction of this Court and the Administrative Office is at Cheyyur, Kancheepuram District, which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. According to the learned counsel, the entire cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. This application has been filed, since the Administrative Office of the respondents is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
