Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certioraified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned letter of the 2nd respondent dated 06.06.2016 his letter No.IC-25023(2)/CISF/INT/SS/SZ HQ/A.Comp/(JAO) 2016/236 and the Notices issued by the 6th respondent No.E42099/CISF/ISD/MHC/PA/2017-2592 dated 06.07.2017 and Notice No.E-42099/CISF/ISD/MHC/PA/2017-4304 dated 13.11.2017 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to furnish the documents mentioned in the statements dated 09.07.2017 and 18.11.2017. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments happened while filing this writ petition and during the pendency of it, the prayer sought for in the present petition become infructuous. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions also stand closed.
