Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent relating to the impugned order of dismissal from service passed in Na.Ka.A11/2194/2016 dated 28.02.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to pay all the retirement benefits including monthly pension to the petitioner with effect from 01.03.2017 continuously.

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Additional Director, Survey and Land Records, has dropped the charge against the petitioner vide proceedings dated 15.11.2019 and hence nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions and has also made endorsement to that effect in the petitions.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
