Crl.M.P.No.16339 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.50075 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against Crl.M.P.No.1558 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent police and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
