The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 117(3) & 351(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.177 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant, causing head injury. After initial treatment at the Government hospital, the defacto complainant is presently undergoing treatment at a private hospital. 3.
