The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case relates to the theft of sandalwood tree from within the Sub-Judge Quarters at Coimbatore. 3.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and the place from which the theft is occurred, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
