This Original Petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities in the name of Mr.Balamurugan, who died intestate on 15.05.2019 in an accident. He was possessed of share certificates issued by the Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation. This petition has been filed seeking permission to deal with the said shares, enjoy the dividend and if required, to sell the shares also including the shares of the minors. 2.After following due procedure, the petitioner was directed to tender evidence. Accordingly, she examined herself as PW-1. The death certificate and legal heirship certificate of her husband were marked as Exs.P4 & P5. The death certificate of her mother-in-law was marked as Ex.P6. The birth certificate of her two daughters were marked as Exs.P2 and P3. The document relating to the share certificate was marked as Ex.P7. C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.

smv 3.Taking into consideration the nature of evidence adduced and the documents produced, this Original Petition stands allowed. The Succession Certificate may be issued in favour of the first petitioner in accordance with the rules.
