The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent has regularized the default and therefore prays for withdrawing the above application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo for additional remuneration.

2. Considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner had executed the warrant by visiting the place of Tiruppur. The applicant is directed to pay a further sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration.
