3.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that an opinion had been received to file the appeal and, unfortunately, the certified copy was misplaced; thereafter, there has been an administrative delay. 4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
