2. C.M.P.No.12088 of 2017 is filed to set aside the abatement caused after the death of the first respondent, Thiru. Pichaipillai.

3. C.M.P.No.12089 of 2017 is filed to to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, Thiru. Pichaipillai.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent have no objection to these petitions being ordered and accordingly the petitions are ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the matter for hearing on 27.04.2021.
