Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALAGANESH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner for extension of the time by two weeks to comply with the order of this Court dated 16.09.2019, passed in Crl.M.P.No. 13272 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No. 925 of 2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per order dated 16.09.2019, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and the date expired on 14.10.2019. He would submit that due to his financial constraints, the petitioner is unable to deposit such a huge amount. Thereby, he would seek extension of time by two weeks to deposit the amount.

Taking into consideration the submission, the time is extended by two weeks from today.
