2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 08.11.2024, passed in W.P.No.30174 of 2019, paragraph No.4 of the order may be substituted as follows:

"4.The petitioner was unaware of those proceedings. Additionally, another individual by name Radhakrishnan had filed W.P.No.3458/2018 specifically restraining constructions being up in the said land.

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 08.11.2024, shall remain intact.

4. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out necessary amendment.
