Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relevant to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1191/2025/A4 dated 6.8.2025 and quash the same as illegal improper, unreasonable arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and thereby forbearing respondents from demolishing the Municipal Complex Building situated in Ambur New Bus stand, Tirupathur District.

ORDER
Heard Mr.P.Srinivas for the petitioner. Dr.T.Seenivasan, Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
2. The issue involved in this writ this Court is covered by an order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.31990 of 2025 etc., batch dated 28.08.2025. Following the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:
(i) The second respondent shall give preferential allotment to the petitioner in the newly constructed building, by invoking Rule 316 of the
TNULB Rules.
(ii) The second respondent shall, for the purpose of granting preferential allotment to the petitioners, enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(iii) On execution of the Memorandum of Understanding, the petitioner shall, within four weeks thereafter, vacate the shops and handover the same to Municipality.
