This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.492 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police to the Economic Offence Wing, Villupuram or to any other investigating agency to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report has been filed as "mistake of fact" before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur on 11.09.2017 in RCS No.12 of 2017.
