2. Since the petitioners are unable to serve the 4th respondent despite taking steps, this petition is ordered and this Court permits the petitioners to take substituted service by publication in one issue of Tamil Daily ''Makkal Kural''

having circulation in Ulundurpet, for the hearing date on 21.03.2023. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.
