The order passed in the Writ Petition, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 21.09.2023, has now been complied since the respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and passed orders on 27.02.2024.

2. Since the order of the Writ Court has been complied with, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.02.2024, if he is so advised.
