ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2024 to remove the soak pit illegally done by the respondents No.3 to 6 herein and to restore the road to its original position.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issued notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 herein on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.09.2024 and dispose of the said representation after giving opportunity of hearing to them on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of 2/5

receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
