(The matter is heard through 'video conferencing/hybrid mode') Mr.R.Rajadurai, learned counsel representing the counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dismissing the Transfer O.P.No.17 of 2017, filed to transfer E.A.No.29 of 2017, E.P.No.23 of 2013 in O.S.No.743 of 2004 and O.S.No.53 of 2017 to the file of the I Additional Sub Court, Erode. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2017 was dismissed on 09.07.2019 and in view of the same, nothing survives in this Petition.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
