This petition is filed to execute the warrant issued on 06.10.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal in C.M.P. No.10 of 2022.

2. The status report filed by the first respondent indicates that NBW issued against the second respondent/accused, when attempted to be served on the accused, but was found that he has gone on duty in a lorry to Kerala and he will return back soon. Recording the statement of the second respondent's brother and CDR details, the respondent is trying to trace the present whereabout of the second respondent. It is stated that a team has also been sent to execute the warrant.
