This Criminal Original Petition is filed to relax the bail condition dismissed by the trial Court on the ground that the co-accused has not secured and the investigation not completed. Being aggrieved the above dismissal, the present petition is filed.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the co-accused was arrested and released on bail. Investigation is almost completed and final report will be filed soon. Further, he states that the presence of the petitioner is not required. 3.

Regarding the same, the order of the lower Court dated 18.09.2024 is set aside. The condition to report before the Investigating Officer on the first working day of each calender month is hereby relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on summons, if required by the Investigating Officer. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
