PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection on the complaint dated 24.06.2023 to life and property of the petitioner.

ORDER

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2023 seeking police protection not acted upon, the present writ petition is filed for issuance of Mandamus.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that though the representation sent by the petitioner herein, there is no specific incident which has come to the notice of the police and if any such incident brought to the notice of the respondent police, the protection will be granted, if necessary.
