The petitioner herein has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 06.08.2019 for giving permission to fill up the vacancies of sanctioned teaching and non teaching post.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and no representation for the respondents.
3. The short point involved in this case that the petitioner herein being the Secretary of the Aided school has sought permission to fill the vacancies in the petitioner's school. The said representation dated 06.08.2019 has not been considered by the second respondent till date, hence, he seeks Writ of Mandamus for disposal of the representation.
4. When the matter came up for admission on 23.10.2019, the learned counsel took notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3 to report about the present status on the representation of the petitioner.
5. Today, there is no representation for the respondents.
6. Taking note of the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition and taking into consideration that the petitioner seeks prior approval for appointing staff in the petitioner's school. This Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
