By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his online application dated 12.07.2024 vide Application No.2024/0123/06/004653 seeking survey of the property comprised in Survey Nos.131/3A2, 131/3A4 and 131/3B1 situated at Vadakarainammiyandal Village, Kalasapakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he acquired right over the property under two Sale Deeds dated 15.02.1993 and 16.07.2003. The revenue document and patta were also issued in the name of the petitioner. Now, the petitioner submitted an online application in Application No.2024/0123/06/004653, dated 12.07.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered by the respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/4
4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 12.07.2024 will be considered by the respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner in Application No.2024/0123/06/004653, dated 12.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
