This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to to modify the order dated 02.09.2022, made in W.P.No.22900 of 2022, modifying to the effect that the additional stamp duty 2% should be collected only on the value of the schedule property in the sale deed in Document No.P/Neelankarai/33/2022, executed between the petitioner and M/s.Serene Estate Pvt. Ltd.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.This Court is not inclined to accept the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Hence, no further order is required this Miscellaneous Petition.
