Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of K.M.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.S.SELVAM, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner was dismissed from service in the year 2019. Challenging the dismissal order, the petitioner has filed the main petition and the stay petition is merged with the final order. Therefore, the interim order cannot be granted at this stage.
