These petitions have been filed to amend the file of the Court, as Hon'ble I-Additional District Judge, Salem, instead of the Hon'ble IAdditional Subordinate Judge, Salem in CMP Nos.9576, 9577 and 9558 of 2023 and CRP Nos.1418, 1419 and 1420 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, this court is inclined to allow the petitions.

3. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
