The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Principal District Judge, Salem/First Appellate Court in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.6 of 2021, dated 03.01.2024 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner and 2nd respondent herein seeking to set aside the exparte order passed against them on 26.07.2021 in main appeal in C.M.A.No.6 of 2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the main appeal in C.M.A.No.6 of 2021 was disposed of on 12.02.2026. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent also produced a copy of e-court status before this Court.

3. Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
