This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the above appeal. 2.
Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3, submitted that she has no objection in condoning the delay.

Despite service of notice to respondents 4 to 6 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
