The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the Criminal Revision petition against the order dated 09.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.2938 of 2020 in C.C.No.8592 of 2019 passed by the CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr.T.N.Bhuvaneswaran, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for admission.
