O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct land survey to rectify the anomaly crept in the resurvey in respect of S.F.Nos.254/1 (0.20 Acres) and S.F.No.262 (0.89 Acres), Naranapuram Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, by considering representation dated 21.02.2022 and 28.02.2022. When the matter came up on the last hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought time to pass orders on the representation of the writ petitioners. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2/4

submitted that the representation of the writ petitioners has been considered and final orders has also been passed on the representation made by the writ petitioners.

In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence the same is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law, if they aggrieves on the order of the respondents and if they advised so. The miscellaneous petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee. No costs.
